    ARREST SHEET On 10-29-2018 at 0714 hrs SRO C. Young notified Matthews Police dispatch that there were shots fired at Butler High school. Upon officers arrival the suspect Jatwan Cuffie was taken into custody. The victim of the shooting was transported to CMC Main were he succumbed to his injuries. | interviewed Jatwan Cuffie at the poice department. Mr. Cuffie waived his rights and provided a statement detailing what transpired.
